This documentary follows Japanese idol group Colourful Diamond in their second year since debut. While living together and dreaming of a dome tour, the members take on a stage play that mixes fiction and nonfiction based on their real experiences. Playing both themselves and failed idols in a parallel world, they reflect on their identities and the pressures of the idol industry. Behind the sparkle lies a raw and honest look at youth, dreams, and the realities of being an idol in Japan.

Bruce, a promising scholar-athlete who had dreams of being both a dentist and an NBA player, is brutally killed by gang members in Cité Soleil, Haiti.
