It is mind boggling to me how such a small staff of ten people present an astonishingly  professional film festival. Their tireless efforts before each event and during are beyond admirable. They bring filmmakers from all over the world together in a hugely positive environment where even  an introvert will find him or herself contributing eagerly to many discussions re all things film. For any aspiring filmmaker reading this I strongly encourage to submit and attend regardless of what capacity you find yourself in, unproduced scripts, documentary etc.
