Nice International Film Festival

May 15th-19th 2023

Foundations

Founded in 2013, our event in the South of France was originally called the St. Tropez International Film Festival. Logistically, Nice became our home very quickly however and the name change followed almost immediately.
During its early incarnations we used the iconic Hotel Westminster as a base.
As of 2016 we registered the global trademark for Nice International Film Festival.

Pick up some tips, network and ask questions about distributing your film in 2022.
With many festivals and film markets going back to in-person or hybrid events its a good time to re-assess, see what's happening in the industry and how your film fits in the marketplace.
If you're a filmmaker tasked with getting your film sold and seeing some revenue this could be an opportunity for you to pick up some practical tips to get the ball rolling.  Alternatively, if you have distribution experience take this opportunity to brush up on how things look in the 2022 industry.
  • What practical things can you do to ensure a greater chance of revenue?
  • How do the international and domestic marketplaces work?
  • Do you know exactly what a sales agent and distributor does?
  • Where do you start?
