People of the West

People of the West is a ten-part, premium documentary
series that tells the history of California from
the perspective of the tribes themselves. Blending oral storytelling, tribal archives, and cinematic recreations, the series spans from creation stories and pre-contact culture through centuries of colonization, survival, and resilience, culminating in the diverse lives of Native Californians today. Both epic and deeply personal, it reframes the story of the Golden State for classrooms and contemporary audiences alike.

Tango in Twilight

This film explores the life of a 74 year old man, a chemist, who developed blindness at age 28 presumably from an innocent post graduate party prank, going awry at some point. Although this is a presumptive diagnosis one can’t rule out glaucoma as a primary illness.
