Synopsis
A promise that the actor does not only say to himself. But rather to his mother and his best friends. Without prospects and dissatisfied with himself, the Frenchman is in search of something that gives a new meaning to his life. He applies spontaneously for one of the places for an apprenticeship at the Institute Paul Bocuse, one of the most important providers of programs for hospitality and cooking. And he gets a prompt invitation.
While his mother is visiting him, she finds the invitation. And she takes the opportunity also to bring the history of the family and the early death of his father closer to him. With his lovely mother, Nicolas finds his talent and passion for cooking. He learns how to use cookware and ingredients in perfect harmony and how to cook a convincing menu. And a perfect menu for his own restaurant.
